  1. Apple Cider Vinegar for Arthritis Treatment:-

Apple cider vinegar contains various minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus. Therefore it provides relief from joint pain. It also prevents the formation of poisonous material in joint and connective tissues.

Take two cups of hot water. Now mix one spoon of apple cider vinegar and honey. Drink it in the morning after having breakfast (take 30-40 minutes gap if take tea or milk in breakfast). It has an alkaline effect on bones.

  1. Ginger for Arthritis Treatment:-

Ginger is beneficial in the treatment of arthritis because it has anti-inflammatory properties.

Mix 6 spoon of dry ginger, 6 spoons of cumin powder and 3 spoons of black pepper and then grind them in a mixer. Take half spoon of this mixture 3 times a day for a few days or weeks. (If its summer season in your country then takes less qty. of this mixture as it can create heat in the body, prefer to take full amount in winter season).

Massaging joints with ginger oil will give relief from pain, swelling, and rigidness. Eat raw ginger daily. It regulates blood circulation and helps in reducing joint pain. Cut slices of raw ginger and eat it as a salad with food.

  1. Massaging Mustard Oil for Arthritis Treatment:-

Massaging with mustard oil is beneficial for healing arthritis inflammation and joint pain. Mustard oil works as natural medicine and regulates blood flow.

Give some heat to mustard oil and if there is an excess of swelling in joints then mix onion juice in it. Now apply it on joints and massage slowly. For better results use this remedy daily before sleeping. You can also mix equal amount of eucalyptus oil with mustard oil. It also heals inflammation.

Epsom salt is a good source of magnesium. Magnesium balances PH level of the body. To remain safe from an inflammatory disease like arthritis, it is necessary to have a balanced PH level of the body because the increased acid level in the body makes the arthritis problem serious.

Take Epsom salt and lemon juice in equal amount and mix it in half cup of hot water. Consume this mixture’s one spoon daily in the morning and in the night before sleeping. Or, put 2 cup Epsom salt in bathtub water then take a hot bath in this water.

Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties which give relief to arthritis pain.

Mix 1 ½ spoon cinnamon’s and one spoon honey in one cup of hot water and drink it daily in the morning. Repeat it daily for a few days. You can apply the paste made of cinnamon and honey on joints.

Fish oil has omega-3 fatty acids which help in reducing inflammation and pain. Consume 1-2 spoon fish oil daily. Consumption of fish oil supplements daily while empty stomach treats morning rigidness. You can also eat products having omega-3 fatty acids like linseed.
