It’s easy to make home-made fennel tea from fennel seeds. To make fennel tea, boil one cup of water with two spoons of fennel seeds for 5 to 10 minutes and add in honey for a sweeter flavor.

  1. Cinnamon helps bad breath

Cinnamon contains compounds which reduces bad breath and kill the bacteria’s in the mouth. The following home remedy can help you treat bad breath if you drink it twice daily.

Boil one spoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of water. Add bay leaves and cardamom, these are also the additives that help freshen the breaths. Filter the mixture and let it cool down. You can now use this to rinse your mouth.

Fenugreek is very effective with fighting mucous membrane infections and is also great to get rid of the bacteria in your mouth. Boil one spoon of fenugreek seeds with one cup of water. Filter it and drink this tea daily to prevent bad breaths.
