This can be done by regular tooth brushing, flossing and tongue scraping. Drinking adequate amount of water throughout the day is also very necessary for keeping your breath fresh. Also, swish water around your mouth after eating. This will clean fool particles stuck between teeth and make your mouth fresh.

  1. Fennel:-

Fennel works as an excellent mouth freshener which helps in the treatment of bad breath. It contains antimicrobial properties that fight bacteria’s of the mouth. It also prevents the dryness of mouth.

Chew a spoon of fennel to freshener your breath and increases the production of saliva. You can also drink fennel tea. Boil one cup of water containing two spoons of fennel seeds for 5 to 10 minutes to make tea.

  1. Cinnamon:-

Cinnamon contains cinnamic aldehyde which reduces bad breath ans also kills the bacteria’s in mouth. You can follow this home remedy twice a day to treat bad breath.

Boil one spoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of water. You can add bay leaves and cardamom too if you want to. Filter the mixture and let it cool down. Now use this to rinse your mouth.

  1. Fenugreek:-

This is very effective in case of mucus membrane infection. Boil one spoon of fenugreek seeds in one cup of water. Filter it and drink this mixture. Use this remedy daily until you get rid of infection.

  1. Cloves:-

Cloves help in freshen our breath as it contains antibacterial properties. This is very useful for overcoming bad breath.

Chew one clove slowly because it will help you to get rid of bad breath in few minutes. You can also make clove tea. Boil one cup of water and add one spoon of cloves powder. Mix it properly and drink the tea slowly to get relief.

Parsley contains excess of chlorophyll that helps freshen the breath. Chew parsley springs directly. You can dip parsley in vinegar and chew this properly. Also prepare a juice by grinding parsley leaves and drink this in morning and in evening. This will improve your digestion system which helps from bad breath.

  1. Lemon Juice:-

Lemon juice for curing bad breath has been used from generations. It contains acidic content that prevent growth of bacteria in our mouth. Strong smell of lemon helps in the treatment of bad breath.

Mix one spoon of lemon juice in one cup of water properly. Now rinse your mouth with it. This will also prevent dryness of mouth which is the main cause of bad breath.

Mix one half spoon of baking soda in a glass of warm water and use it for mouth rinse daily. You can brush your teeth with baking soda as it helps reduce acidity in your mouth and prevent bacteria production on our tongue.

Tea tree oil has antiseptic properties that prevent any kind of infection in the mouth. You can use tea tree oil in various ways.
