Fennel

Cinnamon

Boil one spoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of water. Add bay leaves and cardamom, these are also the additives that help freshen the breaths. Filter the mixture and let it cool down. You can now use this to rinse your mouth.
Fenugreek
Fenugreek is very effective with fighting mucous membrane infections and is also great to get rid of the bacteria in your mouth. Boil one spoon of fenugreek seeds with one cup of water. Filter it and drink this tea daily to prevent bad breaths.
Cloves
Cloves freshen our breath as they contain antibacterial properties.
Chew one clove slowly for a few minutes for the antibacterial properties to take effect. You can also make clove tea. Boil one cup of water and add one spoon of cloves powder. Sip on the tea slowly to remove the bad odor from the mouth.

Parsley

Lemon Juice

Baking Soda
Baking soda is an effective ingredient for getting rid of bad breath. It helps balance the level of acid that causes bad breath and fights bacteria.
Mix a one-half spoon of baking soda in a glass of warm water and use it for a mouth rinse daily. You can brush your teeth with baking soda as it helps reduce acidity in your mouth and prevent bacteria production on our tongue.
Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil has antiseptic properties that prevent infection in the mouth.
Brush your teeth with toothpaste containing tea tree oil. For a natural mouthwash put some tea tree oil, peppermint oil, and lemon oil in a glass of water and rinse your mouth with it.

Herbal Tea
Green tea and black tea have antioxidants that prevent the growth of bacteria which causes bad breath. Drink green tea and black tea regularly.
