Nutritious Fruits To Eat- Nutritional diet is most important for every pregnant women and her child. Pregnant women have to focus very much on their food so that baby in her womb developed mentally and physically strong. Healthy is an essential requirement for both mother and child.

Pregnant women often think what should she eat or avoid? In pregnancy, generally women cannot eat everything because it can cause vomit and she has to face laziness and fatigue and many other problems in pregnancy time which would be very tough situation for both. Today I am going to share you about 10 fruits which any lady can eat in the time of pregnancy.

  1. Banana:-

It is the tastiest fruit to be eaten during pregnancy. Banana contains folate, vitamin C, B6, Potassium and Magnesium. Vitamin B helps in maintaining sodium level and present vomits and dehydration. Folate protects an embryo from neural tube defects. Doctors advised to eat one banana daily for first 3 months. 

  1. Custard Apple:-

It contains vitamin A and C inn enough amount. It helps in developing the brain nerves, skin, eyes and immune system of fetus fibers present in custard apple reduces the chances of constipation in pregnancy. 

  1. Sapodilla :-

These are full of electrolytes, vitamin A, carbohydrates and energy which are perfect for lactating mothers.  This is very useful for pregnant women. It reduces nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. It also improves the production of collagen protein which protects them from stomach related problems. 

  1. Watermelon:-

It consists of vitamin A, C, b6, magnesium and potassium in excess amount. It reduces the swelling in hand and feet. Moreover, this keeps you hydrated and reduces muscle pain. 

  1. Mango:-

If you, want to know whether you should eta mango in pregnancy or not then I will tell you that if the mango is not ripened properly than avoid it but if it ripened fully then don’t hesitate to eat it. Because it improves digestion system and reducing constipation and many other diseases. Eat only in season of mangoes. 

  1. Apple:-

It increases the immunity and power of your child. It also helps in reducing chances of nausea, asthma and eczema. Apple contains vitamin A, E, D and zinc which is very useful for health. 

  1. Kiwi:-

Ripened kiwi is very beneficial for pregnant woman. Vitamin C, E, A, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, folic acid and fiber are present in kiwi. It improves digestive system and prevents cough, cold and nausea. It also regulates blood circulation.

  1. Guava:-

It is very healthy for body because it maintains blood pressure of pregnant lady and makes immune system healthy.

  • Citrus Limetta:-

It is also very helpful is pregnancy. This citrus fruit contains a lot of anti-oxidant which is very useful for fetus.
