Everyone loves to drink while playing sports, eating food, feeling dehydration, especially in the summer season. But as the mercury rises, it is more important to focus on fluids, because water is the most essential nutrient required for our body and helps to stay hydrated.
Half of our body is made up of water which helps in the proper functioning of our body. It helps in maintaining the body temperature and removing the wastage from our body and carrying the oxygen cells. You feel so dizzy, fatigues and moody when you are dehydrated.
A glass of water is the best option to stay hydrated, but there are plenty of options available which can help you to stay hydrated without even drinking water.
