A glass of water is the best option to stay hydrated, but there are plenty of options available which can help you to stay hydrated without even drinking water. You can drink these flavored water fruits and vegetables rather than drinking simple plain water. These fluids are a rich source of water that keeps the balance of H2O right.
As per the old rule, you are supposed to drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. After some time it feels bored to drink that much of water regularly. (Drinking water is necessary, but making a habit of drinking 10 glasses per day is not easy). Normally 20% of our daily need of H2O comes from foods and especially from vegetables and fruits.
