Acupressure Point for Weight Lose- These days everybody wants to be fit and slim just because to show good pictures on Facebook and Instagram. But losing weight is not an easy job, we have to do a lot of workouts to lose weight. We often change our whole schedule like exercise, light food, gym, yoga and even sleeping routine and diet chart too.
Today I will share a magic which helps to lose weight rapidly and also no one needs to change daily routine. There are many useful points of our body which helps in reducing weight if you do body massage on those particular points.
Actually, there are some special parts of our hands, fingers, feet, stomach, back, face and many other organs and by massaging those parts, we can easily control and reduce our weight which causes so many problems like indigestion, stress, anxiety and, more…..
Did you know stress also helps in increasing weight? Because when a person is in stress, he/she needs more food to produce energy in the body and that’s why stressed person feeling more hungry than a normal person and therefore he eats more food which leads to weight gain.
Today I am going to share 5 body points where if anyone does some few minutes of acupressure then you can lose the weight easily without doing any hard work.
Pressure point located in your ear helps to control appellate. Place your finger against jaw and move your jaw up and down. Press this point for at least 2-3 minutes. Regular pressing can help us in decreasing our weight.
This point is located between the upper lip and nose, in the depression. Apply pressure for five minutes twice a day. This can control our hunger feeling and is most effective among all other acupressure points.
Knee point is found 5cm below the knee cap and slightly off center, towards the outer part of a leg. Apply pressure on this point for 2 minutes. This supports healthy stomach function and improves digestion.
It is found on the inner side of elbow crease, near the outer part of the elbow. Press this point for 1 minute daily. This point helps in removing excess heat and unwanted moisture from the body. Moreover, this is the best point for digestion.
Ankle point is found on the inner side of the leg. Apply pressure for 1 minute with the thumb. Release thumb slowly after completing. Pregnant ladies avoid this 5th point.
