Ritual vitamins – the pill design

Ritual is a multivitamin for women with a cool look. The pills come with a transparent coat with one half being the little beads that look like pearls and the other being a solution with a sunflower-like color.

They are ingested with the smell of peppermint.  Ritual vitamins set themselves apart from the rest for being a high-end line of multivitamins.

What does Ritual do for me?

The most obvious impact is a balance

ritual vitamins review

Ritual vitamins work wonders with my body’s chemistry. On a stressful day, I feel more balanced and have higher stamina.

My sleep is better

ritual vitamins review

I’m the type of person that needs a few hours every night to wind down before bedtime. Yoga, stretching, meditating, and showers are the routines that help me fall asleep.

Recently, I had to stay up late to catch up with work, so I skipped my routines (bad on my part).  The thing is, on those nights, my sleep was still perfect. No tossing and turning or trouble falling back asleep.

My sleep quality is generally improved, which contributes to my better mood. What’s better than waking up in the morning feeling excited and mentally charged for the day ahead?

Enhancement in skin tone

Uneven skin tone is never a massive issue for me, but I do have some reddened blemishes on my face. When I go out to a party, I use makeup to cover these spots.

After taking Ritual for a few weeks, there are fewer red spots on my skin, and it even has some glow. I guess these are because my hormones are more balanced, and my allergic reactions subsided.

Boost in energy and mental sharpness

I’m usually busy and on the go, so I appreciate that Ritual helped me in this aspect. Long work hours and the caffeine craving in mid-afternoons are less since taking these multivitamins.

What about its content?

The nine vitamins that women need

Ritual vitamins include only nine vitamins instead of over 20 vitamins as from other brands. For those of you whose philosophy is “Quality trumps quantity,” Ritual hit home.

Because they only include nine vitamins, each of the ingredients is needed for women, and Ritual ensures the quality of their vitamins by choosing them from highly reputable sources.

There are nine ingredients inside Ritual vitamins; here are why they are essential to women’s health:

Omega 3

Omega 3 gets hormone imbalance under control and stabilizes your mood. It also has anti-inflammatory properties. Omega 3 eases period blues and menstrual pains.

Vitamin D3

I can’t stress enough the importance of Vitamin D3. Because of pregnancies and other innate facts, women are more prone to pre- and postpartum depressions. If you often feel down, one reason can be because your body doesn’t have enough Vitamin D3 or get enough sun.

The effect of taking Vitamin D3 on your mood? You’ll feel lighter and happier, just like when you are lying under the sun.

Vitamin B12

Taking Vitamin B12 is essential because it’s a vitamin that your body needs but cannot produce. Vitamin B12 plays a vital role in giving you the mental sharpness and improving memory.

Often struggle with brain fog and sluggishness of the 3 pm hour? A daily dosage of Vitamin B12 helps with that.

Folate

Or folic acid. Essential for women of childbearing age. Studies have shown that taking Folate is important in preventing congenital disabilities and miscarriages in women. It also helps red blood cells form and grow.

Iron

Iron is a controversial supplement because too much of it can cause damage to your liver and pancreas. On the other hand, women are prone to lacking iron due to losing blood from menstrual periods and pregnancies, which lead to anemia. Here’s my research result on how much iron a day is too much.

According to the National Institute of Health (NIH), you should not take more than 45 mg of iron per day. Ritual’s capsules contain only 8mg of iron, so there’s nothing to worry about.

Vitamin K2

Many people have never heard of these vitamins, but it plays an essential in many aspects of your health. Besides preventing blood clotting, improving bone health and heart health, vitamin K2 is excellent at removing spider veins, bruises, scars, and stretch marks.

It’s an excellent vitamin for treating pimples and skin redness.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is an important antioxidant that slows down the processes that damage cells.

Magnesium

This kind of supplement that helps with leg cramps also helps to make your skin glow. According to the National Health Institute (NIH), the majority of Americans, regardless of age, do not take enough magnesium.

For women, taking magnesium not only helps us meet that gap, but it also enables you to fixe that dry, damaged skin.

Boron

I’ve never heard of this mineral before writing this review. After researching it, it turned out it’s another critical factor that helps with pains from menstrual periods.

What else? It can improve your level of estrogen, the all-important hormone that helps women maintain healthy weights and mental function.

Not all vitamins are created equal

Similar to not all foods are created equal, the source of the food and how it is created tell us a lot about its quality. Foods that are highly processed and filled with genetic issues and artificial hormones are likely to cause health issues to you later.

In the same way, vitamins created from unverifiable sources can be ineffective, and in the worse case, cause harm to your health.

Unlike other multivitamins producers, Ritual works with only the trustworthy sources to ensure their ingredients are vegan, non-GMO, and BPA Free.

Ritual struck me as the vitamins of the new age. They recently changed to making their packaging from recyclable materials. This goes in line with their message as “the next generation’s vitamins.”

Ritual makes taking vitamins simpler

Ritual has an R&D team of scientists and researchers who look at the latest research and evidence to find the utmost nutrients that women need. They then select the best forms of these nutrients.

You can see this in the fact that they proudly highlight the sources of their vitamins in the packaging of their vitamins.

ritual vitamins review

I take vitamins every day to keep my body healthy and energized.  I don’t take multivitamins. Instead, I only take the vitamins I need (prescribed by my doctor).

The issue with taking different vitamins is the schedule becomes harder to manage when there are more than three vitamins to take.

With Ritual, not only that, my schedule is simplified (to only once a day, all the vitamins my doctor prescribed are there), the pills also smell so good that I look forward to taking them every day. Just like a kid looking forward to getting her gummy candies!

With a monthly subscription, you will be sure not to run out of vitamin supplies, so you can make taking them a new “ritual.”

Does Ritual work?

Ritual Vitamins Honest Review
Overall
4.5
  • Effectiveness
  • Price ($$$)

The too-often criticism of multivitamins is they don’t work. Think of taking a pill that’s made of 20 vitamins or so; there’s a good chance that you overload your body with some.

Excessive consumption of vitamins causes harm to your kidney, liver, and all sorts of functional issues. When it comes to choosing multivitamins, careful consideration of what to take into your body is a must.

Each vitamin adds a signal to the body. When the body gets “distracted” from too many messages, it becomes ineffective at knowing what to do.

The great thing about Ritual is, your body has just enough signals to process the components and maximize their benefits. What’s inside their capsules is sufficient for women to achieve our optimum functions.

Is it worth the price?

ritual vitamins review

The bottles do come with a bit higher price tag than the usual multivitamins on the market. But as with an old saying, you get what you pay for.

Because Ritual vitamins are made from high-quality ingredients, your body will benefit from the premium nutrients in the long term.

I’m a big believer in not going cheap with my health. I see Ritual as the wholesome multivitamin. Similar to organic food, it doesn’t come with fillers or harmful substances. That’s why I consider it the “organic food” of women multivitamins.

Will Ritual become my new vitamin addition? Yes. Since now, I’m already used to the uplifted mood and the mental clarity that it brings.

Considering giving Ritual a try? In my opinion, it’s well worth it.
