A Cure for Muscle Pain:-
There may be many reasons for muscle pain like injury, excessive usage of muscles, tension, anxiety or any other medical conditions. Sometimes doing an excess of exercise also results in muscle pain. Our body needs more oxygen during this condition and insufficiency of oxygen produces more lactic acid and this gets accumulated in muscles which cause swelling and pain. But there are many home remedies available during this pain.

Oil Massage:-
Massaging increases the blood circulation in the body and provides heat to bones. Moreover, it prevents lactic acid formation and gives relief from pain. We can use a variety of oils like pine lavender, ginger or peppermint oil. It also decreases swelling in the foot.

Magnesium Sulphate Bath:-
Magnesium sulfate decreases the swelling of soft tissues in muscles. This also relieves muscles from chronic conditions like fibromyalgia. For magnesium sulfate bath, full bathtub with lukewarm water and mix 1-2 cup of Epsom salt in it and this sit in the bathtub for 10-15 minutes to get relief from swelling,

Heat Therapy:-
Heat therapy is used for the treatment of sprain, strain, stiffness in bones. Use this therapy process only for serious injuries because it can also increase swelling. But heat relaxes our bones and reduces stiffness.

Acupressure:-
There are various acupressure points and pressing points by which we can cure many diseases like a pain in soles, headache, back pain etc. This decreases swelling and relieves pain.

Apple Cider Vinegar:-
Apple cider vinegar is an effective remedy for overcoming muscle pain. Put 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar in one cup of water. Mix it properly and drink this mixture. You can also apply vinegar directly on affected areas. This will give you relax in the pain of bones.

Red Pepper:-
Red pepper contains capsicum which is very effective for arthritis and in joint pain. You can make its paste and apply this on painful or affected area. Take a half tablespoon of red pepper and mix this with coconut oil and wash it after 2 minutes gap.

Cherry juice is used for those peoples who are suffering from pain during running or exercise. It consists of anthrocyanin’s antioxidants which reduces pain as well as swelling. Drink only citric cherry juice.
