Ginger:-
Ginger is very effecting in keeping our digestive system healthy and strong. It works as a natural antiemetic to prevent vomiting. Mix one spoon of ginger juice and lemon juice each and consume it one in every two hours until your vomiting stop. You can also drink ginger tea containing some honey.

Rice Water:-
Rice water reduces vomiting up to a great extent especially when it is caused by gastritis use white rice in place of brown rice while preparing rice water because it contains the excess of starch and easy to digest. Boil one cup of rice in one-half cup of water. Filter the solution and drink this water.

Cinnamon:-
Cinnamon calms the stomach and cures nausea and vomiting caused by digestive problems. Put one-half spoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of boiling water. If you do not have a cinnamon powder you can use the cinnamon stick. Filter it and add one spoon of honey. Now, drink it slowly by taking sip by sip like tea.
Note:- Pregnant women should not try this remedy.

Mint:-
Mint tea provides relief from vomiting especially when it is caused by stomach problems. Add one spoon of dry mint leaves in a cup of water. Allow it to boil for 5-10 minutes. Filter out and drink this. If you have fresh mint leaves then you can directly chew them. Make a solution by mixing one spoon of mint juice and lemon juice each and two spoons of honey. Drink it three times a day.

Apple Cider Vinegar:-
This calms the stomach and increases detoxification. It has antimicrobial properties which treat food poisoning. Mix two spoons of apple cider vinegar and honey in one glass of water. Drink it.
The smell of vomiting can cause more vomiting. Therefore, rinse your mouth with one spoon of vinegar diluted in one half-cup of water to prevent further vomiting and freshen your breath.

Clove has soothing properties that help in digestion and treat vomiting. It is effective for nausea and vomiting caused by gastric irritability. Chew some cloves or make a cup of tea containing few cloves. Moreover, you can fry cloves with honey.

Fennel seeds increase digestion and treat nausea problem. They have anti-microbial properties which cure stomach flu. Boil one spoon of crushed of fennel seeds in a cup of water for 10 minutes. Filter it and consume this tea. You can directly chew fennel seeds. This can help to overcome the problem of vomiting.

Cumin:-
Cumin is the best and easiest home remedy for treating vomiting. It increases the level of pancreatic enzymes which improves digestive activities. Mix one-half spoon of cumin seeds in water and drink it. Otherwise, you can also drink a solution of one spoon of honey, some cumin seeds, and cardamom powder.

Onion Juice:-
Onion has antibiotic properties, therefore, it helps in fighting with nausea and vomiting problems. Mix one spoon of onion juice and ginger juice. Consume the mixture. You can also mix two spoons of honey in one-half cup of onion juice and consume it.

Crackers are also a very effective home remedy for nausea and vomiting. These crackers are easy to digest and it helps in overcoming from digestion related problems which can cause vomiting problem. Eat some crackers during stomach related problems and I am sure it helps you a lot.

When you feel like vomiting, then breath deep and do light exercises. Add light food and items which are easy digest in your diet. Chew your food properly and eat slowly. Avoid eating oily and fried foods. Drink excess amount of fluids. Get rest according to your body’s need. Don’t awake till late at night. Avoid watching TV, using mobiles, computer or laptop at the night. Avoid strong odors such as perfumes or deodorant. Do not sleep immediately after having a meal. It is good to walk for 15-20 minutes in the fresh air and then take some rest after having your meal.
