Sufficient Sleep
A normal woman needs 7-8 hours of sleep a day. For this, lie down on our back and relax our body then spread the feet in a comfortable position. Keep your hands on the stomach and elbow on the bed. Do some meditation, put on some positive music, keep the lights very low, remove all electronics. Keep a healthy night routine, and this will relax our body.
Health Checkup
