  • Although traveling by air is not safe but if due to some reasons then you need to travel between 14 to 28 weeks of pregnancy after taking advice from the doctor.
  • Avoid long journey. If you are traveling then keep excess water, medicines, and food you like to eat with you so that you can make safe yourself from lack of these products.
  • Before going to any place take doctor’s advice and must follow the instructions of the doctor.
  • While traveling follow the instructions given by a doctor and keep medicines with you. You should keep Doctor’s prescriptions and doctor’s number with you so that you can use in any sudden condition.
  • While traveling through car keep windows open and tie seatbelt below your stomach.
  • Never site in congested place. Sit in the place or seat where you can easily spread your legs whenever you feel cramps and body ache and can change your posture.

  • Before going on a trip/ journey you should have full information on climate and environment of that place with you and then take clothes according to that place atmosphere.

Inhale and exhale breathe easily, or go for a deep breath whenever you feel disturbed. By doing this, any type of mental and body pressure reduces itself. Heartbeat and blood pressure also remains normal.
