10 Natural Home Remedies for Cracked Heels

To treat cracked heels, vegetable oil is very beneficial to relieve this problem. You can also use Olive oil, sesame oil, coconut oil, and other hydrogenated vegetable oils. For better results, apply oil of your choice before sleeping at night.

First, scrub feet with soap. Now let them dry. Then apply vegetable oil on heels. Now wear socks and go to sleep. You can also use light plastic bags around your oil asked feet before placing your socks on to recycle the oil on your feet continually. Your heels will get soft and moisturized till morning. To make scrub mix two spoons of honey in one bowl, rice flour and make a paste. If your heels are severely cracked, then mix olive oil or almond oil in it. After washing your feet, apply this paste. Repeat this process 2-3 times a week.

Mix one cup Epson salt in one filled warm water tub. Now dip your feet for 10 minutes in it. Take out your feet and scrub them and again dip feet for 10 minutes in water. After that, dry your feet and apply any foot cream or petroleum jelly on heels so that moisture gets locked in these, for better results, wear socks while dipping your feet so that moisture gets well locked in feet.
